The project plan is one of our key living documents. It defines team members roles, list of deliverables, meeting & communication policy, task planning, and risk management policy.

MS Project
The MS Project aided us in creating our schedule for the semester. It contains the WBS of tasks and accompanying gantt chart. This will allow us to track progress and hold team members accountable.
